Mr. Anwar-ul-Haq is a distinguished power sector finance expert and possesses over 30 years’ rich experience. He has served on strategic positions in Water & Power Development Authority of Pakistan (WAPDA) including the most prestigious position of Member Finance. He has the honor to arrange domestic and international financing for number of Hydropower Projects of WAPDA. He has the privileged to undertake the appraisal, review and Case study on Power sector Reforms in India on behest of WAPDA – Pakistan. He also headed the Generation License and filing periodic Tariff Petitions of number of hydel and thermal power projects. While working as an independent consultant he has accomplished various assignments related to asset revaluation, independent validation, preparation of financial models and tariff petition.

Mr. Khurram Ali holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from Punjab University and is a CA-Finalist with articles from EY Ford Rhodes Pakistan. He has been engaged on audits of multiple sectors such as construction, FMCG, IT, Power Sector, NPO, and numerous Government Organizations. He also holds an experience of working abroad through an EY-Secondment in UAE and worked on the audits of Al-Futtaim Group. He also served as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant in a well reputed IT Company leading to an ERP implementation in Sapphire Retail Limited.

Mr. Salman Iqbal is a distinguished power sector legal expert and possesses over 40 years’ rich and diversified experience. He has served on strategic positions in various private and public sector organizations including PPDB and the most prestigious position of Executive Director Legal & Corporate Affairs PEPCO. He has the honor to arrange settlement of various legal disputes of his organizations. He has the privilege to undertake establishment of various legal entities by seeking requisite permissions from related agencies such as SECP.

Mr. Jahangir Bhutta is a seasoned power sector financial expert. He holds degree of Executive Master in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting). Before associating with A&K Consilium, he has served WAPDA/ MEPCO on various key positions including most prestigious position of Finance Director MEPCO. He has been dealing financial matters of the organizations in much effective way. He has been preparation of Tariff petitions, dealing Regulatory matters, Preparation of Corporate Budget, and submission to the BoD for approval through Management and Audit & Finance Committee.

Mr. Azhar Masud Panni, graduated in the field of Electrical Engineering in 1971.Mr. Panni, Electrical Engineer, possess more than 44 years of professional experience in O&M of Hydel Plants and construction supervision of Hydropower Projects including preparation/evaluation of layout, feasibility study, review of design works and witnessing of factory acceptance tests in manufacturers works, supervision of site installation and commissioning of Electro-Mechanical and Switchyard equipment for Hydropower Plants.

Mr. Shafiq obtained M.Sc. Civil Engineering from McGill University, Montreal Canada in 1996. He possesses more than 40 years of experience of working at key positions in power sector entities. He has led numerous hydro, solar, coal, wind, gas fired power projects. Alongside his work with Govt. institutes, Mr. Shafiq has also worked as consultant on several power projects making him fitting expert to have on your side for resolving technical aspects related to the assignments.
